Through 3 prisms with variable transparency that grips 3 vertical bodies and horizontal leisure plains, an interior landscape - an urban campus is created. The panoramic view allows a sight of the different parts of the city, the mountain and the river. it also provides new perspectives on what is happening in the ground layer and the layers above it.

At all hours of the day and night, the student, researcher and guest will find an accessible and available space where they can enjoy diverse meeting places to acquire knowledge, exchange ideas and have fun. The physical space gives passers-by an opportunity to experience the changes that takes place in the permanent space from the perception that there is nothing permanent other than change.
